- Department: Prosecution and Civil Litigation Department.
Qualification
LL.B or LL.M. from a recognized University. Candidate must be enrolled as a High Court advocate and preference will be given to the candidate having a Supreme Court Licence or has completed a Bar at Law course after LL.B. or prior experience in a regulatory body with LL.M.

Experience
Applicant must have 15 years of post-qualification experience including 13 years of experience handling independently corporate and criminal prosecution (white collar crime) of High Court or Advisory will preferred.
General Conditions
- Note: Details of reported and pending cases and related posts held in the High Court may be provided in given TORs.
- Nature of Employment: 3-year contract extendable on need & performance.
The commission may regularize the position after three years. - Age: The minimum age should not exceed 50 (fifty years) on the last date of application submission.
- Location: ISLAMABAD
(Can be transferred to any other city of Pakistan on the proposal or direction of the commission).
